Enjoy Italian

The Neapolitan inspired pizzas cook in less than three minutes.

In addition to pizza, there is a small menu of creative, Italian fare, Italian wines and local beer. Our ingredients are still as locally sourced as possible with some quality international items. And everything changes with the season.

Peninsula Pies started out as a food truck four years ago. They still use the same oven which generates temperatures up to nine hundred degrees. The Neapolitan inspired pizzas cook in less than three minutes.

Heidi Morgan - Owner/Chef

Scott Williams - Chef

It all began in 2011 when Heidi and Scott first met. Two people falling in love while cooking together. Both have an extensive background working in kitchens from Nashville to California and Seattle. Peninsula Pies started when they moved together to Hansville on the Kitsap Peninsula in 2014. In the summer of 2015 they were up and running serving pizza to patrons 4 days a week at breweries, wineries and the Poulsbo Farmers Market. In September of 2017, they got married and one month later the cafe in Hansville opened.
